Petra Dolata spoke at recent Max Planck Society conference in Berlin, Germany

As part of an ongoing collaboration between researchers based at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science and the Energy In Society (EIS) working group at the Calgary Institute for the Humanities, Petra Dolata, one of the co-convenors of EIS, was invited to participate in a roundtable discussion on energy transitions in historical perspective on 20 February 2018. The roundtable was part of a two-day symposium entitled “Transformations of Energy Systems – Historical Perspectives on the Anthropocene,” which was organized by the Max Planck Society and devoted to establishing a new research environment dedicated to researching energy transitions.
